Page
A single screen or section on your website with its own web address, for example a Home page, About page or Contact page.
Up to 4 / 8 / 12 pages
The maximum number of standard content pages included in your package at launch. Additional pages can be added later if needed.
Common pages included
Examples of typical pages are: Home, About, Services, Service detail pages, Testimonials, FAQ, Blog or News, and Contact.
Customised starter layout

Domain, Hosting & Security
Free domain name
The website address where people find you, for example yourbusiness.co.uk. Qivo can include a standard domain in your package if you do not already have one.

A professional email address using your domain, for example info@yourbusiness.co.uk

Hosting
The server space and technology that keeps your website live on the internet. Qivo provides fully managed hosting as part of your monthly fee.
SSL / SSL certificate
A security certificate that encrypts data between your visitor’s browser and your website. It gives you the padlock icon in the browser, helps protect forms and logins, builds trust and can support SEO.
Platform updates and security
Behind the scenes technical updates to keep the website software current and secure, helping protect against bugs and hackers and keeping everything running smoothly.
Daily backups
Automatic copies of your site are taken every day so it can be restored quickly if something goes wrong.
Uptime monitoring
Tools that check if your website is online and alert the team if it goes down so they can investigate and fix issues.
Editing & Content
Website editor
A simple editing tool that lets you change text and swap images yourself without needing to code. You log in to your site, click the area you want to change and type in your updates.
Drag and drop editor
A visual editor that lets you move sections around the page by dragging them with your mouse. This makes small layout tweaks easier for non technical users.
Monthly content updates handled by qivo
A set amount of content editing included in your monthly fee. For example, you get a block of time each month where qivo carries out updates such as adding new images, changing text or updating products for you.
Revisions before launch
Rounds of changes you can request while the site is being built. For example, “2 rounds of design and content revisions” means you can send feedback twice and have those changes applied.
Handover video
A training video that shows you how to log in, make edits and use key features of your website.
Written guide
A short written guide that explains how to use your website editor and look after basic content updates.
Form, Leads & Bookings
Contact form
A form visitors can fill in to contact you, usually with fields like name, email and message. Submissions are sent to your email or CRM.
Enquiry form
A contact form focused on generating leads or quote requests, often asking for extra details such as phone number, budget or service type.
Lead capture form
A form designed to collect leads, for example for quotes, free downloads or newsletter signups. It captures key information like name, email and phone number.
Custom thank you page
A page visitors see after filling in a form. It confirms their enquiry, says thank you and explains what happens next. It can also be used to track conversions in analytics.
Online bookings
Forms and calendars that allow visitors to book appointments, calls or services directly on your website.
Calendar integration
Connecting your online booking system with one or more calendars so your schedule is always up to date and double bookings are avoided.
SEO, Analytics & Performance
SEO (Search Engine Optimisation)
The process of improving your website so it appears higher in search results on Google and other search engines. Qivo includes on page SEO basics such as titles, headings and meta descriptions.
On page SEO
Work done directly on your pages to help search engines understand your content, for example page titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal links and image alt text.
Local SEO basics
Simple steps to help you show up for searches in your local area, such as referencing your town or region on your site and supporting your Google Business Profile.
Analytics setup
Connecting tools like Google Analytics or similar so you can see how many visitors you get, where they came from and which pages they use.
Goals and conversions
Specific actions you track, such as form submissions, bookings or key page visits, so you can measure how well your website is performing.
Funnels
The steps people take towards a goal, such as Home page to Service page to Contact page, used to understand and improve the customer journey.
Ecommerce tracking
Tracking orders, revenue and product performance in your analytics tool so you can see which marketing channels and pages lead to sales.
Performance optimisation
Technical improvements that help your website load faster, such as compressing images and fine tuning caching. Faster sites usually give visitors a better experience and can help SEO.

A focused set of changes aimed at reducing loading times, improving scores in tools like PageSpeed Insights and making your site feel snappier.
AI & Automation
AI (Artificial Intelligence)
Tools that use advanced algorithms to analyse data or generate content. In a qivo context this can mean help with content ideas, copy suggestions, customer support automations or smarter reporting.
AI consultancy
A service where qivo advises you on how to apply AI tools in your business for things like marketing, customer experience or process automation, and helps set them up in a practical way.

CRM (Customer Relationship Management)

Lead tracking integration
Connecting your website forms to tools that track where leads came from, what pages they visited and how they found you, so you can see which marketing works best.

Order data

Product catalogue
The full list of products you sell, often grouped by category so customers can browse and filter easily.

The number of products qivo adds to your store as part of the setup, for example up to a certain number of products preloaded with images, descriptions and prices.
Product categories
Groups of products, such as type, brand or use case, that make it easier for customers to browse your store.
Shopping cart
The basket where customers add products they want to buy before moving to checkout.
Checkout
The process a customer uses to enter their details, choose delivery options and pay for their order.
Payment gateway
A trusted service like Stripe or PayPal that handles card and online payments securely on your behalf.
UK tax and shipping rules
Settings that control VAT and delivery costs based on your pricing and the locations you ship to, configured so they match your business requirements.
Discount codes and promotions
Special offers you can set up, such as percentage discounts or coupon codes that customers can use at checkout.
Ecommerce reporting
Reports that show key numbers like total revenue, best selling products and abandoned checkout statistics, so you can see how your store is performing.
