1. Pick your package and starting design

Choose the package that suits you best, then select a starting design from our range of layouts. At checkout you can add any notes about pages you need, features you want or specific goals for the site.

2. Fill in the questionnaire

We will email you a short questionnaire that keeps things simple but covers everything we need.

You will be asked to send:

Your logo (We will design a basic one if you don't have one)
Black checkmark.
Brand colours and fonts (if you have them)
Black checkmark on a white background.
Your copy or key points for each page

Any must use images or assets

Alongside the questionnaire we will also send you a curated list of site examples to choose from, so you can show us the look and feel you like. If you are on a Growth, Pro or Ecom package, you can also send us links to any websites or design styles you would like us to take inspiration from. We begin work as soon as we receive your completed questionnaire and assets.

3. We build your website

Our team tailors your chosen design to your brand. We:

You receive a private preview link so you can walk through the site on your own time.



You can then send one tidy, consolidated round of edits, covering any text tweaks or layout changes. We carry out a full quality check, tidy up the details and prepare the site for launch.

    The clock starts once qivo has your completed questionnaire and assets. From that point, the team begins tailoring your chosen design to your brand and building the agreed pages and forms.

  • How many changes can I request?

    You receive a private preview link and can send one tidy, consolidated round of edits covering text tweaks and layout changes. Higher-tier packages include more revision rounds, but the default process is designed to stay focused and on schedule.

  • What happens on launch day?

    qivo connects your domain, switches on SSL, runs final pre-launch checks, ensures SEO steps are complete, and sets up analytics and reporting. After that you get a short handover and training session so you can update content confidently.

  • Can I tailor the package after I have chosen it?
